IssuTrax Inspector™ App
IssuTrax Inspector™ is a flexible mobile Android inspection application designed to help cruise ship operators effectively and efficiently carry out virtually any kind of inspection or audit onboard their vessels. Inspector™ is integrated with IssuTrax Web and uses its locations and users for processing inspections.
With IssuTrax Inspector you can create all your inspections by adding your own questions or inspection items, define the appropriate response types, set pass and fail values with the ability to assign a point value to each question and force the user to enter notes or a picture on failed items. In addition a textual description and pictures can be uploaded to show users the standard they must meet when inspecting an item.
Inspections can be scheduled and assigned to inspectors for future dates or created immediately from either IssuTrax Web or the Inspectors mobile device. Inspections can be set to automatically go to re-inspection and remain on the users device if the inspection does not pass the minimum mandatory scores.
When creating an inspection a user will select the location being inspected, the responsible person for that location (if applicable), the primary inspector is defaulted to the logged in user and other additional inspectors present can be added. During the inspection process the inspector answers the question and can add notes, photos, and on a failed item the system can automatically create a service order in IssuTrax and follow the appropriate workflow for corrective action. IssuTrax Inspector keeps track of the number of questions remaining and allows you to save an unfinished inspection to be completed at a later time. At the end of the inspection the system calculates a total score and the inspector and responsible person sign directly on the tablet confirming the results of the inspection.
A Track Inspections function allows managers to track the status and results of inspections and re-inspections and view the details of any inspection displaying notes and pictures taken. Several package reports have been developed for Inspector including a general inspection report, failed items report and Inspection scorecard that displays the “Responsible Persons” inspection score for a selected date range and top 10 failed Inspection items in a graphical format.
